I truly needed to hear this today, because I am trying to lose a lot of weight and I sometimes have thoughts that I will never reach my goal. I try so hard to make my thoughts positive but its hard to flip what u have been feeling for more that half of your life. I really appreciated reading that I need to face my fear of not reaching my goal and being ok with it, This way I know I will reach my desired weight and I dont have to fear whatever tomorrow brings my way!
